Good
Unflavored oatmeal, value for money, no additives, great to drink in smoothies, or use in baking.

It's gone straight to my favorites!
I've never tried instant oatmeal before and it's great for pre-workouts! For those who already want to consume a good amount of carbohydrates, it's great and easy to digest. The price is incredible and I really liked the taste!

Instant oat flour
Fairly well
I use the oatmeal to make pancakes and they turn out quite well. The added flavor is subtle, not cloying. It is better to use a mixer because with the shaker there are some lumps.
