Good quality, price

A perfect dilution, combined with a whey protein you have a fast digesting meal ideal for before or after training. Also as a pre-bed before going to sleep.

Instant oat flour

Good price and effective!

I have already ordered this flour twice and the truth is that it is quite good. Combining it with egg whites has made me some pancakes that are very good. I usually order the flour without flavor because it is cheaper, and although it is true that it does not taste much I do not dislike the taste, it is good. It dissolves well and I use it for my pre-workouts. 100% recommended!

¡Recomendada 100%!

Instant oat flour

Well

It tastes good and makes many recipes easier, but it does not always dissolve well and it also depends on the flavor. There are some that are more clumpy.

Instant oat flour

Very good

I have been taking the unflavored instant oatmeal for months now as I mix it with other products such as whey protein or soy protein or flavored peas and the truth is that it is very good, especially considering the excellent price-quality ratio. A must in my daily diet. Highly recommended.

Good

I had a little trouble mixing it with the protein and water. The vanilla flavor is pretty good.

Instant oat flour

Highly recommended

When using flavored protein, the flour is the basic one. Wonderful dissolvability. I will continue to consume this product, at home we are very happy with the result.

Quite good

Quality flour, it mixes well and cooks properly, the taste is rich Snickerdoodle. I top it with a little cocoa duo and it's great.
