I always buy HSN oats, no matter the flavor, they’re all good and above all I use them to make myself pre- and/or post-workout meals.

Instant oat flour 1kg strawberry and white chocolate

Review: strawberry oat flour and white chocolate

The taste is very pleasant and balanced. It mixes easily into shakes, porridge, or pancake recipes, without clumping. The texture is smooth and the product quality is evident. It's a great option for anyone looking for a practical, tasty alternative to boost protein and quality carbohydrates intake. I'll be buying it again, no doubt.

A textura é fina e a qualidade do produto é notória.
