Instant oat flour 3kg snickerdoodle
Delicious oat flour
I tried this oat flour because it’s really easy to use. I found solubility a bit tougher, but you just have to stir more and you get a creamy mixture with no lumps.

Instant oat flour 1kg cookies & cream
Good supplement
Oats flour in this format is a great supplement for bulking due to its ease of use and its macros. The only downside is that it can cause bloating and gas in some people (in that case, better opt for rice cream)

Instant oat flour 1kg chocolate
10/10
For the price, 1kg of oats is incredible. The taste is good, it’s not pasty and you can have it as Colacao or in a shake, it’s quite filling.
