Parcel
Everything was fine with the package, but the free shaker was missing, just like with the first order for first-time users.

Instant oat flour 3kg unflavoured
Better than rice pudding
It's great for use before or after a workout since it digests very quickly. I prefer it over rice pudding because it's more affordable, has a little more protein, and I love the oatmeal flavor.

Very delicate and full of flavor
Personally, I usually go for the original or neutral flavor. When mixed with cookie protein powder, it gives the shake a really good flavor. It never fails to thicken it up.
