Instant oat flour
Easy to mix and drink
Easy to mix with egg and milk or only with milk in case of milkshakes. The cookies and cream flavor is amazing and we always get the larger size because the whole family uses it for breakfast.

INSTANT OATMEAL
It dissolves very well and the taste is good. The bag it comes in does not close as well as it should. In the end we transfer the content to a big jar and that's it.

Very good flavor
The vanilla flavor is basic but very good. I bought a 1kg package and now I have reordered a 3kg one, I recommend it.

Very satisfactory
I chose the neutral flavor, because I usually take it with other supplements that already give it flavor. Very good texture and it dissolves very well...

Fast energy
I use it for breakfast, with milk and protein. Good energy supply and to replenish glycogen from the morning.

Excellent taste
I tried the snickerdoodle-flavored oatmeal and loved the taste. The macros are also acceptable.

Instant oat flour
Perfect for me
This is what I was looking for and needed, for me it is much better than the rice cream, besides the taste it improves the dissolution. The chosen flavor is chocolate-cracker which is pure spectacle and if we talk about effectiveness, I immediately notice benefits at digestive and body level.

Very good
Value for money it is the best oat flour I have ever tasted. The brownie flavor I mix it with the chocolate with cookies because it is strong. If you like a lot of strong chocolate it is your flavor. Super easy to dilute and for making protein pancakes it is the best.

Instant oat flour
Indispensable in the pantry
Very good oat flour, fine and easy to integrate into pancakes or recipes. The three types I have tried, unflavored or neutral, chocolate and strawberry and white chocolate I liked very much (the neutral and strawberry-chocolate I ended up buying them in kilo packs). Both the single-dose format (which is fabulous and I hope it returns to individual sale) and the kilo packs are very convenient to use.
