I hadn’t bought it in a while, and I think they’ve improved the formula because it dissolves much better now. I mix it with my protein to make my own mass gainer and control the portions. I always buy it unflavoured because the protein already has its own flavour, and I can add fruit to my shakes to switch things up. The price is unbeatable for the amount you get.
