Bela
These complex carbohydrate flours that HSN sells here are spectacularly practical! I mix it with a whey concentrate, casein or egg albumin powder, add a multivitamin and mineral and I wonder if I haven't had time to sit down for lunch! Let's live life!

Good product
I really like this oat flour, I use it to make biscuits by mixing it with whole wheat flour and flavor it without adding more sweeteners. Good flavor cookies and cream.
Buen sabor galletas y crema.

Instant oat flour
Great oat product
Oatmeal is a very easy to drink product as it is perfectly soluble. Shake and drink. I chose unflavored because it is the healthiest option, a single ingredient, oatmeal. The rest has a lot of artificial products: flavorings, sweeteners, thickeners, etc.

Very satisfactory
I have tried several flavors (speculoos, strawberry-cheesecake, chocolate). Very happy with both the taste and the effectiveness of the product. Easy to dissolve for making pancakes.
