Very good
Value for money is one of the best we have ever tasted, we always take unflavored.

Excellent
Oatmeal for breakfast or snack shakes. I combine it with whey protein white chocolate flavor. Cream cookie and vanilla flavors, both very tasty. Very digestible.

Instant oat flour
I have been using this flour for years
I use unflavored oatmeal. I take it every day in my protein shake and it's a complete meal. Even if I didn't do sports I would take it the same with yogurt, milk or in pancakes. Slow absorbing carbs that are easy to take. You don't have to soak it for hours before like bran or flakes.

Undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted
It is the oatmeal with which I have been able to make the best pancakes for breakfast, after trying many I will certainly stay with this also very economical, the good thing that are cooked in a minute I like chocolate and cookie flavor and certainly will be a must in future purchases.
