Guar gum powder
It is very effective as a thickener
I use it to make ice cream. It is very effective to achieve the texture and to prevent crystals from forming in the sorbets, so much so that you have to be careful not to overdo it because otherwise it gives a chewy texture to the ice cream.

Promises to help
I haven't tried it yet but it looks like the cherry on top of simple or complex recipes such as muesli or porridge, a complete meal in itself that can be more satiating thanks to this product.

As a thickener it is great although I ordered it as a complementary gift since I do not use it daily It is true that in times of definition it helps a lot to contain the appetite volumizing everything The only improvement is that this is another product that I think should have the option of a bottle instead of a bag
