Guar gum powder

Ice cream

I have tried it to get a better texture when making homemade ice cream, it does not modify the flavor much.

Discovery

It was given to me as a gift, I had never used it, but it has been a great discovery. Very satiating and very useful for breakfasts, smoothies, baking, among others.

Guar gum powder

Lifeguard in definition

Good product especially in definition to add much more volume, the only drawback is that it subtracts a little flavor.
