I use it to make hot chocolate with practically no calories. You can use milk, any vegetable drink or just water. I add pure cocoa, half a teaspoon of xanthan gum, half a dose of chocolate flavors and mix it with a mixer so that no lumps form. If it gets too thick, it becomes a pudding. The result is spectacular.

La uso para hacer chocolate a la taza sin prácticamente calorías. Se puede utilizar leche, cualquier bebida vegetal o simplemente agua. Añado cacao puro, media cucharilla de goma xantana, medio dosificado de flavours chocolate y lo mezclo con batidora para que no se formen grumos. Si espesa mucho, ya se convierte en un pudding. El resultado es espectacular.

The only drawback I find is that the powder is very fine and sticks to any wet dish, so just in contact with the skin makes your fingers sticky.
