I bought this product because I saw in a video that glycine was very beneficial for those of us who sleep badly, which is my case. I suffered from persistent insomnia but I didn't want to take any of the pills my doctor ordered for fear of becoming dependent on them. Well, thanks to this, 5 grams every night half an hour before going to sleep, I sleep great. I didn't have so much faith in it but it's incredible.

Compré este producto porque vi en un video que la glicina era muy beneficiosa para los que dormimos mal, el cual es mi caso. Sufría de insomnio persistente pero no me quería tomar ninguna pastilla que me mandaba el médico por miedo a generar dependencia a ellas. Pues gracias a esto, 5 gramos cada noche media hora antes de dormir duermo genial. No le tenía tanta fé pero es increíble.

I like this presentation of an amino acid so cheap but at the same time so useful to sleep. I think that if I rest better since I take it. I prefer it to melatonin, since the latter gives me vivid dreams and it harms my rest.
