Its multi-properties make it a very interesting supplement, both for its benefits for the body and for its usefulness in sweetening beverages.

Good product
Glycine is an amino acid with multiple essential functions in the body, from protein and collagen synthesis to improving sleep and supporting the nervous system. I like to mix it with my morning coffee, its sweet taste keeps me from consuming refined sugar or other sweeteners.

Good
Perfect to add to a yogurt for example and at the same time be improving your connective tissue. Undoubtedly a basic at home that we all take and remains as part of our shopping cart. It has almost no flavor.

Spectacular for sleeping
Very good product for sleeping, I recommend it to those with sleep problems, sweet taste similar to sugar, but without increasing blood glucose.

Good product
It is just glycine, nothing more. Good product at a good price. The packaging is sturdy although it may not be very practical.
Solo es glicina, sin más. Buen producto a buen precio.
