Indispensable in my canister

I always wear it when I go out on my bike. Either the lemon one (more in summer) or the orange one (more the rest of the year). It has a very pleasant taste and it goes down very well, even as a simple refreshment in summer. It also mixes quickly and very well. Perfect.

Perfecto.

Great

Good taste (cherry) and good composition for competition days and long runs. It allows me to supplement it with gels or bars without stomach discomfort. A success.

I always carry them in my jerrycan

I chose unflavored because the product is cheaper, the taste is sweet and the effects are the same. My bike rides have changed a lot since I've been taking the carbs in water. Since I buy the 3kg pack, by the time I have about 300g left, the zip lock stops working. That's the only drawback. Otherwise, a 10.

Addition of carbs

My mother takes it along with protein. She wanted it for weight gain and recovery. She says she likes it.

Mi madre lo toma junto la proteína. Lo quería para recuperar y ganar peso. Dice que le gusta.

Rich and it works

25-50g in your intra-workout drink and it works like crazy to keep you energized throughout your workout.

Well

I bought it on the advice of my nutritionist. It gives me that little bit of sugar that I sometimes need before training.
