Good

It is very good tasting and fresh is very good. I mix it with other unflavored salts (since I have it from a previous order).

Complies

It just works, with no drawbacks whatsoever. I had previously bought the lemon or orange flavored one, which can get a little tiring on very long routes. I'll stick with this unflavored one, which is like slightly sweetened water.

Energy at a very good price

Very economical format to make my own gels, avoiding the extra cost of other commercial brands. The neutral flavor format has a slight citrus or lemon flavor. It could be improved that the size of the container could be reduced.

Quite happy

It worked for me, I like to do strength training and then cardio, and I feel less tired to do the cardio afterwards.

Highly recommended

I decided to start putting in intra-workouts in the mornings for intense track sessions and long runs and it has been a success. With the summer heat, a bottle of frozen water and the recommended dose, I was ready to go! The flavor I have chosen is blackcurrant and I must say it is very good. I am delighted, I will try more flavors since variety is the spice of life (or so they say).

I'm doing great

This time I chose the orange flavor and I love it, it's great for sports where sweating is high, such as paddle, running or cycling, it helps to recover and the flavor makes it more palatable.
