Very good value for money
I buy the lemon flavor. A very good value for money product especially for hot weather. I prepare it for all my long runs and it is very good.

Good
Good for use after training to recover muscle glycogen levels, I suggest using with creatine to enhance its muscle regeneration effects.

Very good
I loved it as a mid-workout drink, it's really good for me. I'll buy it again as soon as I run out.

Extremely sweet
The blackcurrant is recognizable in the taste, but with the recommended amount of water of 400 ml, the taste is unfortunately extremely sweet. About 30 % more water makes it drinkable. Solubility is good.
