The vd that I do not know much I'm new but the little that I take is quite satiating and such the only bad thing I see is the taste of custard is that it is too concentrated tastes very sweet but the vd that you notice that it is a good product as is everything HSN but I would like to try the normal evowhey also but this I have not seen results because it has not been more time but overall well I recommend it.
