It mixes well. I take it along with other supplements and haven't noticed anything about the taste, so it's fine in that regard, too. I bought it for its collagen peptides (which I hope are more effective than taking the amino acids separately) and because it has a good amount of glycine, which I was already taking and can now replace.

Se mezcla bien. Lo tomo junto a otros suplementos y no he notado nada respecto al sabor, así que por ahí también está bien. Lo he comprado por su aporte de péptidos de colágeno (que espero sean más efectivos que tomar los aminoácidos por separado y porque tiene un buen aporte de glicina, la cual ya estaba tomando y puedo sustituirla.
