Pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness. Bitter taste that I quickly got used to. I suffer from subclinical hypothyroidism and it seems to help regulate my hormonal system. Since taking it I don't feel so tired and I am much more empathetic, better mood, more relaxed, it has improved my sleep being more restful. It also increases my sexual appetite. It does give me heartburn.
