I took it in powder form with fear of the taste given the comments, but come on, do not be afraid. Amino acids or Tribulus taste worse. It is not tasty, but with half a glass of water it goes down well. For the effects, it's still early and I don't know if it's suggestion or if it's really working for me but for the moment I'm happy.
