Hmb

Very good for high intensity training and fat burning, plus I combine it daily with the Hmb powder, so I take 1 pill in the morning and the grams I have left before going to sleep with a shake.

Good value for money

I practice calisthenics and HIIT training, and the truth is that I found the best value for money here. The only improvement would be to concentrate the 3g required daily in a single intake, to facilitate intake. Otherwise very good.
