Very good
The tablets are a little big, for those who find it hard to swallow it can be a problem, but personally I like the format, much better than the typical coated capsule. I bought it with the intention of regulating intestinal transit and they have been very effective.

Magnesium citrate
Fulfills its function
I thought it didn't make me efectp until I stopped taking it and that's when I realized that yes, the pills are big but I swallow them without any problems, they have no taste.
