Very good
I usually take one or two at night. The truth is that I notice it in the tiredness of my legs.

Perfect
It is great for knee pain that is sometimes caused by a sedentary lifestyle, not having good mobility in these areas and age.

Good product, but large format
I bought it for my wife and the delivery and the product is fine, but the pills are large and hard to swallow.

Fulfills expectations
The tablet is bigger than I expected. It does its job, but next time I buy it I'll opt for magnesium bisglycinate instead of citrate.

Large but effective capsules
The capsules are a bit too big for my taste... I think that when I finish the bottle I'm going to validate first of fakir... but splitting it or with a lot of water, they go inside. Otherwise, perfect, good quantity, the effect on recovery and rest is noticeable and since I've been taking it, honestly, I feel much better. It has become essential in my routine.
