Magnesium citrate

Good option

I opted for this type of magnesium for the times when I have worse intestinal transit. The tablet is very large but I split it in two to make it easier to take.

I use it to prevent cramps and it's worked really well. I suffer from it a lot, especially when I'm finishing my races.

Magnesium citrate

200 grams

Effective! It is necessary to take care of the musculature and the nervous system. Good value for money. Perhaps the size is too big to swallow.

Eficaz!!

Magnesium citrate

Good product

I bought it because I suffer from constipation and it works better than other magnesiums for this problem. The only downside is that the tablets are large and it is more difficult to take than bisglycinate, for example.

Good product

Good product, does what it promises, also has a very competitive price compared to other known brands ... although the tablets are of a size considered and sometimes hard to swallow :(.

Magnesium citrate

Well

They are very large but can be split well. I seem to remember that you have to take six to get the daily dose but this allows you to adjust the dose if you already take foods with magnesium and only want to supplement in part.
