Oversized and rough units
In my case I prefer to take two smaller pills instead of one big one. It tastes a bit chalky although it hardly gives you time because you usually swallow it fast. I have confidence in the brand and understand the importance of magnesium citrate so although objectively I can't rate the efficacy through my experience I'm going to give it a 5 on this.
