Magnesium citrate
The best value for money healthy option
Wonderful product, perhaps if the capsules were smaller, people who are apprehensive about them would also take it. Daily intake to notice effectiveness, in the morning and evening better for me as it is a product for the bones and facilitate rest Definitely recommend 100%.

Magnesium citrate
The best I've ever tasted
I must say that it has surprised me, it has helped me to rest better at night and to be able to go to the bathroom like clockwork, since I suffered from constipation.

Magnesium citrate
Very large capsule
I usually take it in powder form, but I find this format more useful when I am away from home. However, the tablet is a bit large and, although I usually break it in half, I find it hard to digest.

Very good product
I corrected my magnesium deficiency with this product. I just find the capsules a bit large, not as easy to swallow as would be ideal. Otherwise it's perfect and I should continue to use it.

Magnesium
Nothing to object to its effectiveness but it should be noted from my point of view, that when it comes to swallowing it is quite annoying due to its size and asperetes in the throat. Otherwise a phenomenal product and 100% recommendable.
