I have already repeated the purchase of this product on several occasions because it complies perfectly with the description shown. I notice quite a few positive sensations in my body when I take it continuously and also the value for money, I think it is unbeatable. I recommend it 100%.

Magnesium citrate

A basic supplement

I always keep magnesium citrate in my cupboard, although sometimes I alternate it with other forms of magnesium. Magnesium citrate is very versatile and very well tolerated. And it works great for me because it has a mild laxative effect. I recommend it.

Magnesium citrate

Excellent for magnesium absorption

Magnesium citrate is known for its high bioavailability, which facilitates its absorption in the body. It is an excellent source of magnesium, an essential mineral that supports muscle, nerve and metabolic function. In addition to being a nutritional supplement, it is also used as a mild laxative to relieve occasional constipation.

The truth is that since I take it I sleep much better, I highly recommend it to those people who come in a lot and accumulate a lot of muscle fatigue.

Essential

Magnesium is very important for everyone, the quality of HSN always stands out, I would like the capsules to have a softer texture. But you can still take them without any problem.
