You sleep in one go
I have started taking it and I have found that I only sleep when I take the recommended dose of 400mg. If I only take the multivitamin I fall short so I take half the dose (1 tablet which is 200mg of Magnesium).

The problem is that the pill is very fat and elongated and you have to split it or chew it. I recommend that rather than chewing it because it is like chewing chalk, you should break it in half and swallow it with plenty of water.
Llevo consumiéndolo varios meses ya que mi padre me lo compraba. Si te hace ir al baño. El problema que la pastilla es muy gorda y alargada y tienes que partirla o masticarla. Aconsejo que mejor que masticarla porque es como masticar tiza, se parta por la mitad y la tragues con abundante agua.
