Rough and large capsules
I don't doubt the effectiveness of this product, but the tablet size is a bit large and hard to swallow, I encourage the manufacturer to make them smaller.

Magnesium citrate
High bioavailability and deep sleep
I picked it strategically for my partner's nightly protocol, pairing it with Zinc before the casein shake. The citrate matrix guarantees ultra-high bioavailability. It fully shields the architecture of their sleep and ensures optimal muscle recovery. A non-negotiable supplement with outstanding quality.

Magnesium citrate
I like it
This magnesium citrate is really good—its value for the price is unbeatable. The tablet is a little big, but it goes down easily and doesn't cause any stomach upset,
