Magnesium citrate
It's fine
It lives up to what it promises and sleep is noticeably deeper and longer-lasting; when I use it you can tell the difference.

Together with Bisglycinate, I take both, it is noticeable in recovery, rest and regularity of going to the bathroom. I don't notice any stomach problems and it is not a laxative either. I will now place a second order.

A great daily aid for its laxative effects, since I have trouble going to the bathroom and at the same time it helps the joints.

Very good
It is a product that I have been using for more than a year, I recommended it to my mother and it has worked for both of us. It helps us a lot to go to the bathroom. I have a longer than normal colon and constipation problems. The citrate helps me with that. And I sleep well.
Y duermo bien.

It is a high quality product with great composition but they are too big and I find it hard to swallow them.
