Energy bar flapjack

Rich and satiating

Rich and satiating, it takes away the craving but with decent macros. Somewhat expensive but that's what it is, it's not just any product.

Ideal for long runs

I've used it for long road bike rides and the truth is that it works great. Easy to eat and a good supply of energy.

Satiating

For long bike rides they are satiating and give a lot of energy, the salty touch is good to alternate with other bars or gels that are sweeter. They are dry so they require a lot of water to swallow.

Ricas

I use them for long bike rides, they taste great, and for the summer they are spectacular, they don't melt or anything, I've been buying them for a long time.
