Energetic and tasty
I use them for after races, fantastic and very tasty, I like that they are not overly sweet and the buttery texture is ideal.

Good recovery
If you do them pre-exercise you have to give them time to digest as there is a large amount of product. They work very well for me post-exercise to replenish HC reserves after exercise.

Good bar
I use it for long bike rides. I drink it with the coffee stopped, it is not to drink on the go. Good taste.
Buen sabor .

Very good flavor
I really like flapjacks, the only downside is that they are high in fat. There are days that I can put them in my diet and days that I can't. I would like you to bring out a similar type but with less fat. I would like them to bring out a similar type but with less fat.
