Energy bar flapjack

Excessive size.

Plenty of product to eat on the bike. It gives you enough to eat twice. I didn't like the yogurt flavor. It gives me a lot of acidity.

Mucho producto para comer en la bici. Te da para comer dos veces. El sabor a yogurt no me agrado mucho. Me da bastante acidez.

Good caloric intake

Perfect size for a quick caloric recharge. Variety of flavors. Chocolate or apple are very good, but personally I would not repeat the yogurt one.

Low sugar

They are not the best on the market, but they don't add that much sugar to give them flavor. Good complement

Buen complemento

Not very good

These flapjacks are not particularly good, especially when compared to the 120g chocolate and apple flavored ones. The taste of these is pretty bad in my opinion. I do not plan to buy these again and would not recommend buying them.

Test

The first order I made, I am not too fond of bars, but thanks to HSN I am incorporating them little by little. What I do, I order some to try, when they offer any offer; this one is a 100 grms. bar, I took half of it and as for effectiveness I could not value it well, but I will say that I found it a very nice snack and according to its composition, healthy.

Well

Barrita very satiating and not bad tasting, although a little gritty.
