Energy bar flapjack
Very large but very rich
The taste of the bar is spectacular, it is delicious. The only thing is that they are too big to carry on short races. I think I would recommend them for cycling or long distance races where you can stop to eat.

Energy bar flapjack
Too much saturated fat
It contains too much saturated fat, almost twice as much as most of the market. Taste good, but flavors are to taste.

Good snack
It's good and a good option if you get hungry mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

Recommended
Ideal for before or after exercise. During exercise I would not eat it (at least not whole) as it is very dense.

Good assimilation.
The bar is well assimilated despite its size, I recommend drinking plenty of liquid to accompany it.
