Worthwhile
I liked it as a substitute for traditional sugar. For me it sweetens a little less, but it compensates.

Good alternative
I use it to add to the foods I want to sweeten (without overdoing it). I consider it a somewhat healthier alternative to commercial sweeteners. Good taste. Easy to dilute. Recommended.
Buen sabor. Fácil de diluir. Recomendable.

Sugar substitute
I drink coffee with milk with sugar every day and although with this product the coffee tastes different, it is still good and it is a good way to substitute sugar for something less caloric and more natural.

Perfect for making vegan ice creams and sorbets
It is the first time I use coconut sugar and I thought I would not like it, but I loved it. I made a mango sorbet and a 99% dark chocolate and banana ice cream and they were delicious. Both with gluten-free vegetable drinks. I recommend this sugar over any sweetener. It is healthier and tastes good. From now on, it is the only sweetener I will use.

Nothing to envy to white sugar
The taste is practically identical to the usual sugar, with the advantage of using a healthier sweetener. It is perfectly suitable for baking. Only instead of being white it is brown.
