Good alternative for sweetening
In my opinion its flavor is more noticeable the less sugar you eat, when you are starting you can hardly notice it, but when you get used to it it is a good flavor, the panela is much sweeter, I need to put less than the coconut but I will get used to it, I don't notice the coconut flavor either.

Well
Good product, as described, coconut sugar. To sweeten your dishes as an alternative to common white sugar so harmful.

Good
It leaves residues, obviously it does not dilute completely, however it provides fiber, it is more natural and acceptable.

Healthier alternative to refined sugar
I bought it as a healthier alternative to refined sugar while I was getting rid of sugar consumption. Over time I have stopped consuming sweeteners of any kind with meals.
