Different

Well, I chose it as a gift and it has a characteristic flavor, like caramel and the extra is different from what you expect but it is good and a different option.

Alternative to other sweeteners

It has a milder sweetness. I use it for healthy baking or for the pancakes or cookies that the child occasionally asks me for.

Its own taste but pleasant.

It has a good taste, somewhat different from normal sugar, more between toasted and caramelized, but a good option to sweeten without affecting the GI so much.
