I use it for two things and for both I do very well: mixed with pre-workout with caffeine. The L-theanine doesn't interfere with the energetic kick of caffeine but it prevents that feeling of overexcitement and acceleration. At night to promote relaxation and sleep. The taste is completely neutral so I recommend this powder format instead of the tablets.
Lo utilizo para dos cosas y para las dos me va muy bien:
Mezclado con el pre entreno con cafeína. La L-teanina no interfiere con el chut energético de la cafeína pero te evita esa sensación de sobreexcitación y de aceleración.
En la noche para favorecer la relajación y el sueño.
El sabor es completamente neutro así que recomiendo este formato en polvo en vez del de pastillas.
