Efficacité très intéressante, pour plein de raisons comme le stress ou le manque de vigilance, pour ceux qui boivent du café l'associé avec est vous pourrez retrouver les mêmes effets calmant du thé mais avec le café donc avec beaucoup de caféine et de théanine donc assez puissant comparativement au thé pris seul.
