Apple fibre powder
Perfect
Very good flavor and fulfills its function. That it is a little more complicated to dilute in water is because of the apple itself and also happens with the other apple fibers that I have tried (even being other more expensive). To dilute easily it is better to use little water and add more as the paste is created. When the glass is half full, the fiber is diluted and you can add it wherever you want or add more water and drink it.

Apple fibre powder
It works
Shortly after starting to take it, its effects are noticeable. Totally recommendable product. The only bad thing is that it does not dissolve perfectly and the flavor, still reminding of apple, is not very pleasant.

Good
The product is very good, but it remains lumpy, you have to move it with the mixer.

Although I have been using the product for a short time to evaluate it 100%, I take it at night and it seems that in the morning I go to the bathroom lighter... I like it.
