Gran aporte de fibra, tanto soluble como insoluble, lo que la hace una opción muy completa en interesante, sobre todo en esos casos que se siga una dieta deficiente en fibra o ya se sufran problemas de estreñimiento. Además en este caso con un toque de dulzor y buen sabor, lo que la hace muy agradable de tomar a diferencia de fibras de otra procedencia. Aunque se disuelve bastante bien en líquidos, mejor templados o ligeramente calientes, yo la usaba siempre mezclada con el yogur natural.
