I have taken them for three days and in principle I have had no problems, I have not noticed any burning or discomfort, nor any special effect. I have fructose-fructan malabsorption and whole garlic is not well tolerated. I will probably buy it again for the long term benefits of garlic. I would change the bottle, it is too big for the amount of pearls it contains.

Tengo malabsorción de fructosa-fructanos y el ajo completo no lo tolero bien. Seguramente volveré a comprarlo por los beneficios del ajo a largo plazo. Sí que cambiaría el bote, es demasiado grande para la cantidad de perlas que trae.
