It is a very complete product. I noticed it more when I stopped taking it. My joints, especially here on the coast with the humidity, suffer a lot. I started taking this collagen and I no longer hear those crunches and I feel as if I am more lubricated. I take it with magnesium powder and it helps me digest the magnesium better. Plus the peach flavor helps it digest easily.

Empecé a tomar este colágeno y ya no se me oyen esos crujidos y me siento como si estuviese más lubricado. Yo lo tomo con magnesio en polvo y me ayuda a digerir mejor este último. Además el sabor melocotón ayuda a digerirlo con facilidad.

It is a very complete food supplement, not only providing collagen, but also a variety of vitamins and minerals. I bought peach flavor, and although it is drinkable, for my taste it has a very artificial flavor, and taking it with breakfast makes me something heavy to swallow. Perhaps a milder flavor would be much better.
