I have been taking it for some time and it is noticeable in the joints and skin, it tastes good and dilutes perfectly in warm water, I take it with lemon juice on an empty stomach.

Product of ten

Ten product. I have been using it for more than a year (since I had knee surgery) and the truth is that in the long term its effect is noticeable. It reduces joint pain and it is also noticeable on the skin. The taste is very good, the orange one tastes like a typical hotel breakfast juice!

It's really almost magic

There is a long biography of the benefits of the joint combo, and good proof of this is the number of products that are sold with this formula, but this joint collagen is a redouble of effort to improve these symptoms. In a short time a substantial improvement in joint discomfort is noticed, and that added to the collagen with moderate impact exercises is ideal. Proven in several people.

Collagen

I have tried three HSN collagens, and this one is the worst by far for me, the other two totally removed my joint pains in shoulders, wrists and knees... the best one is the collagen with magnesium, rich, easy to dissolve and very effective. I don't even like the taste of this one, a very bad dissolution and it doesn't have the same effect as the other two.
