Collagen joint health powder **

It works for me.

I have had a lot of pain in my knees for a long time due to wear and tear. Well, this mixture of different components relieves my pain a lot, much better than collagen alone. All 3 flavors are acceptable.

I did not notice anything

It was a gift and I took it several times but I didn't notice anything in my joints, they were still bothering me.

100% effective

After suffering post-football knee pain from short patellar tendons, the orthopedist recommended strengthening muscles and taking collagen. Skeptical at first, daily collagen eliminated the pain in 2-3 weeks, becoming essential in my supplementation. I highlight its Chondroitin Sulfate content (800mg) and the anti-inflammatory blend of Black Pepper and Turmeric.

Does not dissolve very well

I wanted to test this product but it doesn't dissolve very well with water, so I didn't really notice any change in my skin. I have mixed feelings about this product.

Good.

I chose this supplement because it contains turmeric, I take it with water or shaking it in a mixing glass, it dissolves well, the orange flavor is very good and what I like the most is that it does not contain sugar.

I needed it.

After 24 years of playing basketball, my knee was pretty sore, I started taking this supplement and taking it every night and training my legs in the gym with little weight no longer hurts, now I can see that they are strengthened because I increased the kilos of load.
