ORS Cocolytes (coconut water + electrolytes) powder 150g apple

Sweet and easy.

It gives water a pleasant apple flavour, though you need to use it sparingly: if you don’t measure it carefully, the flavour can be too strong.

Hydration during the race

I use this product to stay hydrated on long runs, especially in summer. Good hydration with mineral salts, carbs and a pleasant taste.

ORS Cocolytes (coconut water + electrolytes) powder 150g neutral

ORS Cocolytes

It’s good and does the job, but I’d prefer it without sugar, sweeteners or added flavour. It’d be great to choose between a flavoured version and a simpler one with just coconut water powder.
