At least for me with that dose it does nothing, only if I double it I notice a little effect, and the problem is that the bottle would not last long for the price it has. I recommend a thousand times more magnesium citrate for sleep.
Al menos a mí con esa dosis no me hace nada, solo si la doblo noto un poco el efecto, y el problema es que me duraría muy poco el bote para el precio que tiene. Recomiendo mil veces más el citrato de magnesio para dormir.
