Vegan tablets of Melatonin and 5-HTP. With Vitamin B6 and Magnesium. Easy to take, one tablet a day. Melatonin contributes to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. In my case, they did help me to improve the quality of my sleep and rest, but I did not improve it completely.
Tabletas veganas de Melatonina y 5-HTP. Con Vitamina B6 y Magnesio. Fácil de tomar, una sola tableta al día. La melatonina contribuye a disminuir el tiempo necesario para conciliar el sueño. La vitamina B6 contribuye al normal funcionamiento del sistema nervioso. El magnesio ayuda a disminuir el cansancio y la fatiga. En mi caso si que me ayudaron a mejorar un poco la calidad de mi sueño y descanso pero no lo mejore por completo.
