I tried melatonin alone and well, but this is even better, I manage to avoid waking up several times in the middle of the night which is the problem I had for my studies (opposition) that I could not disconnect and this has given me an important quality of sleep. I recommend as it says to take it 30-40 minutes before going to bed and not to take the cell phone, computer etc.
Probé la melatonina sola y bien,pero ésta mejor aún, consigo evitar el despertarme varias veces a mitad de noche que es el problema que tenía por los estudios (oposición) que no conseguía desconectar y esto me ha dado una calidad de sueño importante. Recomiendo como dice tomarla 30-40 minutos antes de meterse en la cama y no coger el móvil, ordenador etc
